We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or cancellation, log in to your account at account.nidusstore.com and go to "Returns and cancellations". Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can also contact us at suporte.nidusstoreplus@gmail.com.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges: Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification — including unfulfilled orders.

To exercise this right, log in to account.nidusstore.com and follow the steps under "Returns and cancellations".

The item must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided the returned item has been received or proof of shipment is provided.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at suporte.nidusstoreplus@gmail.com.
